Robert Coleman Flowers, Esq.

Robert Coleman Westbrook Flowers has served on the Board of Directors of the Maryland Hispanic Bar Association since 2024, and currently serves as the organization’s Secretary and chair of the Professional Development Committee. 

Robert is a personal injury attorney with Marks & Harrison, PC, where he zealously pursues the rights of the injured and enjoys a robust trial practice. Robert began his law practice as an immigration attorney after graduating from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. He is fluent in Spanish and prides himself on serving the Latino community of the greater DMV area.

Robert is also an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Maryland Association for Justice, the Maryland Bar Foundation, and is a graduate of the Maryland State Bar Association’s Leadership Academy. Robert is licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and infant daughter, exercising, and practicing martial arts.
