The Maryland Hispanic Bar Association (MHBA) proudly celebrates the outstanding
achievements of several board members recently recognized by The Daily Record for their contributions to the legal profession.
Our Fall 2024-Fall 2025 term Treasurer, Krystle Acevedo Howard, has been named a 2025
Generation J.D. Honoree, a testament to her leadership and impact in the legal field. Joining her
in recognition is our Fall 2024-Fall 2025 Board Member Natalia Medina Ahn, who was honored
as In-House Counsel 2025 for her contributions and significant strides. Our Fall 2024-Fall 2025
President, Hon. Llamilet Gutierrez from the District Court of Maryland in Prince George’s
County, received the prestigious Leadership in Law 2024 award, highlighting her commitment to
service. In addition, our Past President, Jamie L. Alvarado-Taylor was named a 2024 Generation
J.D. Honoree due to her inspiring leadership and advocacy.
These honors reflect the talent, dedication and service in the legal community and the MHBA is
proud of its leaders and members!
