MHBA Past President and longtime Member Raphael Santini Named President of the Maryland State Bar Association

The Maryland Hispanic Bar Association is proud to announce that Past President and

longtime MHBA member Attorney Raphael J. Santini has been sworn in as the new

President of the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) for the 2024-2025 bar

year.

Throughout his career which spans decades, President Santini has demonstrated a

steadfast commitment to justice and community engagement. His leadership within the

MHBA and beyond reflects the strength and growing influence of Hispanic legal

professionals in our state.

Mr. Santini has mentored countless lawyers and has inspired the next generation of

Hispanic lawyers. His appointment as MSBA President marks a historic milestone, not

only for our organization but also for the broader Maryland legal community.
